Community Relations Commission Forum for International Students from the Indian Sub-Continent

13 June 2009

FISA's Sydney Representative met with the Chairman and Media Officer of the Community Relations Commission (CRC) of NSW on 11 June 2009.

FISA is working closely with the CRC on the current issues at hand and supports the initiatives from the CRC.

The CRC is organising a forum on Thursday 18th June 2009 from 5:30 to 9:15 at the Parramatta RSL club and this is a great opportunity for international students from the Indian sub-continent to be part of the forum to discuss the issues and concerns at hand and work pro-actively to create an action plan for implementation.

FISA and its team are working closely with the CRC to take the consolidated action plan to the NSW Government for implementation. FISA has also been invited to present at the NSW Task Force and hence this forum will definitely add value to the overall submission, action plan and final implementation.

Booking is essential for this forum so please send your interest to attend by either Call Sheetal Challam on (02) 8255 6781 or email Sheetal at Sheetal.Challam@crc.nsw.gov.au.
this email to as many students as possible.
